Return Policy

At Mia, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange by following the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, worn, or damaged products.
  • Intimate items such as lingerie or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards or final-sale items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@boutique-mia.com with your order number.
  2. Provide photos of the product and packaging if requested.
  3. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions or a return shipping label.
  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on product availability. If the requested item is not available, we’ll process a refund instead.
